Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TouTouD collects, uses, and shares information when you browse our site or place an order.

Contact details: name, optional business name, mobile number, email address, and any notes you share with your order.

Order details: selected SKUs, quantities, shipping address, and order identifiers.

Payment status: we do not store full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We may store non-sensitive payment metadata like a session ID and confirmation timestamps.

Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics — pages visited, the site that referred you, approximate location (country, region, city), device and browser type, and shop steps (a product shown, added to your order, checkout started) with the product, the number of items and the bag total. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies: a visit is counted with a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours. It never receives your name, contact, address or payment details. Your bag and saved items are kept only in your own browser so they are still there when you come back.

- To fulfill and ship orders, including label generation and customer support.
- To send transactional messages about your order via email and/or SMS (when selected).
- To provide customer support and prevent abuse (including rate limiting).
- To understand what is working in the ordering flow and improve the experience.

If you select “Text me,” you agree to receive transactional SMS related to your order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Email confirmations are sent to the address you provide.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the ordering experience:

- Stripe to process payments and return confirmation.
- Vercel to host the site and provide the cookieless, anonymous site statistics described above.
- Email provider to send order confirmations.
- SMS provider (when enabled) to send order-related texts.
- Shipping carriers to deliver your bundles.
- Error monitoring to diagnose issues and improve reliability.

We retain order records for operational purposes (fulfillment, customer support, and dispute handling) and to maintain a reliable order history.
